NAMASTEM Means More: Tech, Wellness, Creativity

National Science Teaching Association NamaSTEM offers hands-on STEM lessons designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and support real-world problem solving for kids.

After School Programs

Real STEM+ after school—not daycare. For grades K–8, NamaSTEM blends hands-on projects with mindful movement to build focus & confidence. Kids enjoy through robotics (Vex & Lego), coding, 3D printing, stop motion animation, Minecraft Education, AI, engineering, AR/VR, podcasting, & more—supported in small, inclusive groups with progress you can see.

Summer Camps (Camp Elevate)

Hands-on STEM+, Sports, Teambuilding & Mindfulness camps for ages 6–14. Build, code, make new friends, 3D print, enjoy lots of sports & teambuilding, tackle engineering, & practice wellness. Project-based days mix guided learning with play—boosting problem-solving, teamwork, & confidence in a safe, supportive space. Join us this summer!

We loved that the activities and challenges included activities, vocabulary words, and movement. Our kids loved to see their successes. This is an amazing initiative for students. We hope that we will be a part of your journey.

My kids loved the interesting challenges with the NamaSTEM lessons. I like that they had to figure out the engineering to complete the task and even competed at the conclusion. There is little available locally to help young kids learn about engineering & science outside of school.

I just want to comment that Bruce Wyman was outstanding with my son at Lafayette rec center, we did two sessions last school year. My son had the best time with all things STEM. Looking forward to connecting at the new location.
